With this tool you can design your own helmet from the comfort of your home. You can even use the same tool with your Smartphone.

- Wait for us to get in touch with you shortly (do not be surprised if we call you within minutes. Yep…we are that fast!)
Relax, we will take it from here. Since you have filled out the form above, we will simply confirm your choices with you. We will also discuss with you (if needed) for any personal logos, letters. Question: I am not sure about my size. What do I do?
Answer: We can ship you standard Samshield helmet for testing (at no charge). We will also send you different inner liners so you can try it.
Question: Do you have a logo you would like placed on the front and/or rear of the helmet?
Answer: That is easy, we will simply ask you to send us the logo (in .jpg, .png or .gif format). High-resolution logo images are always preferred. Samshield does a phenomenal job at logos.
Question: Where do the initials/name letters go on the helmet?
Answer: On the left chin-strap.
Question: Why are certain top options disabled ? For example, why can’t I select Alcantara as the Top if I chose Shadow Matt as Shell?
Answer: Certain combinations are not possible to manufacture. Specifically, Alcantara and Shadow Matt can NOT be mixed.
